  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund.
  • Any customized, personalized, or final sale items (clearly marked in the product listing) are non-returnable.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.

Exchanges / Store Credit

  • We do not offer direct exchanges.
  • If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.

Discounted Products and Returns

Items purchased during sales or using discount codes are still eligible for returns as long as they meet the conditions above (unused, within 30 days, etc.). However:

  • The refund will reflect the amount paid, not the original retail price.
  • Any items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable” during the promotion will not be eligible for return.
